Judgemeadow received Football Foundation support in 2004 to fund a £1.2 million Community Football Development Centre.  The project was developed in partnership with Leicestershire and Rutland County FA and the Local Football Partnership, who identified the site as a much needed priority area for football within the County. The Centre began operating in September 2005, and was officially opened by Sir Trevor Brooking, FA Director of Football Development on 3rd November, 2005

Judgemeadow was the first school in the county to have a state of the art, third generation, synthetic football pitch built.  The pitch itself is fully booked every week night***, but there are weekend bookings available and opportunity to use the site over the summer 'off season' months.
